The top excuse people have for not exercising is that they don’t have enough time. I call bullshit.
Everyone has the same 24 hours. The vast majority of people have the free will to decide how they spend those 24 hours. Now there is ample research concluding that you only need a minimum of 4 minutes of exercise each day to be healthy and live longer.

The trick is to get your heart rate way up for a few minutes each day. This is not fun, but if your main excuse for not exercising is that it takes too much time, your excuse is no longer valid.
You don’t even need to go to the gym or have any equipment. Running hard for five minutes a day gives you all the same benefits.
